شروط االستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية 

نرحب بكم في تطبيق دليل التسوق الذي يعد كمنصة تسويقية وإعالنية رائدة يوفر للتجار إمكانية إدراج منتجاتهم وإعالناتهم ومشاريعهم التجارية  في األقسام المتوفرة في التطبيق كما يتيح للمتسوقين البحث وتصفع تلك المشاريع واالعالنات والمنتجات والتواصل مع التجار لشرائها أو االستفادة من تلك الخدمات المقدمه من قبلهم. 

مما ال شك فيه أن شروط االستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية من أهم األمور التي يجب أن تطلع عليها وتقرأها جيدا قبل البدء في استخدام أي تطبيق  إلكتروني بما فيها تطبيقنا هذا تجنبا ألية تبعات مستقبلية كون تسجيلك في التطبيق يعني موافقتك المطلقة عليها. 

يحق لنا إجراء التعديالت وتحديث شروط االستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية في أي وقت دون إلزامنا بإبالغك ويلقى على عاتقك ومسؤوليتك الحرص  على قرائتها وتفقدها ومتابعة آخر التعديالت بشكل منتظم وفي حال عدم قبولك ألي منها يجب عليك عدم استخدام التطبيق والخدمات به وفي حال  استمرارك في استخدامه يعد هذا موافقة مطلقة منك على التعديالت. 

ال يتحمل تطبيق دليل التسوق أية مسؤولية تتعلق بعمليات الدفع وغيرها من المعامالت التي تتم بين المتسوقين والتجار فكل مستخدم للتطبيق  عليه التأكد من الطريقة الصحيحة والقانونية التي تضمن حقه في المعامالت المالية ولسنا مسؤولون عن أية نزاعات قد تحدث بين مستخدمي  التطبيق. 

يخلي التطبيق مسؤوليته عن عمليات النشر واإلدراج واالعالنات والمحتوى الذي يقوم به المستخدمون فنحن غير ملزمون بفحص مسبق ألي  محتوى وعليك تحمل مسؤولية وعواقب ما قمت بنشره أو إرسالة أو تحميله عند استخدامك لخدمات التطبيق، كما نخلي مسؤوليتنا من ما قد  يلحق بالمستخدمين من ضرر نتيجة اطالعهم واستخدامهم ألي محتوى أدرجه مستخدمين آخرين، ولنا الحق في رفض أو حذف أو تعديل أي  محتوى وبدون إشعار مسبق ألي سبب نراه ال يتوافق مع توجهات التطبيق وخدماته، كما يحق لنا إلغاء إشتراك أي مستخدم للتطبيق ألي سبب  كان وفقا لتقديراتنا، باإلضافة إلى أنه يمكننا حذف أي محتوى أدرجه المستخدمين إن كان يحتوي على أي محضورات أو ألي سبب راجع لتقديراتنا،  وربما نقوم بإبالغ الجهات القانونية والسلطات المختصة عن أي محتوى نراه غير الئق أو مخالف للنظم والقوانين، كما أننا غير مسؤولون عن  أي انتهاك لحقوق الطبع والنشر وحقوق ملكية وفكرية أخرى أقدم عليها المستخدمين أو طرف آخر. 

يحتوي التطبيق على روابط لبرامج ومواقع إلكترونية أخرى وكذلك روابط من إنشاء المستخدمين والتي ليس لها عالقة بتطبيقنا لذا فأنت المسؤول  عن استخدامك لتلك الروابط فربما تخضع لشروط وأحكام تلك المنصات. 

إدراجك ألي محتوى او بيانات أو معلومات خاصة بك في التطبيق يعد موافقة مطلقة منك تسمح من خاللها بوصول جميع المستخدمين لها كما  نخلي مسؤوليتنا من طرق استخدامهم لتلك المحتوىات والمعلومات، باإلضافة إلى إخالء مسؤوليتنا من أي مضايقات ومنازعات قد تلحق بك من جراء البيانات والمعلومات المداله .

يوفر التطبيق خدمات مدفوعة األجر وقد يتقاضى رسوما لنشر المحتوى وقد تتغير الرسوم في أي وقت وفقا لتقديراتنا لذا فإن عليك التأكد من  مناسبتها لك قبل عملية الدفع كما أن مطالبات االسترداد ألي سبب ال يلتزم التطبيق بردها إال اذا إرتأينا ذلك، كما أننا غير مسؤولون عن إعادة  األموال في حال تم اغالق التطبيق ألسباب خارجة عن اإلرادة. 

عند تسجيلك في التطبيق فإنك تدخل بيانات ومعلومات عنك وإذا كنت تاجرا فأنت تدلي بمعلومات عنك وعن مشروعك ومن ضمن المعلومات – ال على سبيل الحصر – موقعك الجغرافي ووسائل التواصل األخرى ومنتجاتك وهناك معلومات نجمعها تلقائيا عن استخدامك للتطبيق لذا فإن  تسجيلك يعد موافقة منك على جمعنا لتلك المعلومات والتي يمكن استخدامها من قبل مستخدمي التطبيق وأطراف أخرى لذا نخلي مسؤوليتنا من  التبعات، كما أن البيانات والمعلومات والمحتوى ستخزن في السيرفر المتعاقد معه من قبل إدارة التطبيق والشركة المبرمجة للتطبيق والذي قد  يتواجد داخل السلطنة او خارجها وبتسجيلك يعد ذلك موافقة منك على هذا التخزين وتواجد بياناتك على السيرفر المستخدم والذي تخضع لشروط  

استخدامه وساسية الخصوصية المتبعة للشركة المزودة لهذا السيرفر والتي قد تكون هي االخرى داخل السلطنة أو خارجها، لذا فإن التطبيق ال يقدم أي ضمانات تتعلق بسالمة أو أمن المعلومات المدرجة من قبلك، لذا فإننا ننصحك بطرح األسئلة واالستفسار عن ما ترغب بمعرفته قبل  إفصاحك عن معلوماتك الشخصية والتجارية وغيرها، وبدورنا سنسعى جاهدين لإلجابة عليها وسنسعى لحماية هذه المعلومات، إال أنه ال يمكننا  ضمان أمن أي من المعلومات التي سترسلها إلينا وبذلك فإنك تقوم بذلك على مسؤوليتك الخاصة وبدراية منك.  

في حال وجود تعارض بين النسخة العربية واالنجليزية فإن اللغة العربية هي المعتد بها والسائدة. 

هذا إقرار منك بأنك قرأت شروط االستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية وتوافق على جميع الشروط واألحكام وأنك باستخدامك لتطبيق دليل التسوق  وتسجيلك به تلتزم بها وعدم موافقتك عليها ال تخولك باستخدام التطبيق ومحتواه، كما ال نتحمل االضرار المباشرة وغير المباشرة أو العرضية  الناتجة من استخدامك للتطبيق.

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy 

Welcome to Shopping Guide application; a pioneer advertising and marketing platform that allows the  merchants to include their products, ads, and commercial projects in the provided sections in the  application. Shopping Guide also allows the shoppers to search and explore projects, ads, and products and  communicate with the merchants for purchasing or using the services they provide. 

No doubt that the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are important to be carefully read and reviewed before  using any electronic application including this application to avoid any future consequences, as signing in to  the application will mean that you have agreed upon all of them. 

We may amend or update The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time without any obligation to inform  you; you will be responsible for reading and checking the last updates of them regularly. In case of non agreement with any of them, you should not continue using the application or its services; and in case of  continue using the application, it will mean that you have approved all amendments. 

Shopping Guide shall not bear any responsibility for payment processes and other transactions performed  between shoppers and merchants. Every user should use the proper and legal method that ensures his rights  in the payment transactions; and we shall not bear any responsibility for any disputes arise between the  users. 

Shopping Guide shall not bear any responsibility for posting, including, and adds processes, as well as the  content provided by the users, as we are not committed to pre-check any content; you will be responsible  for anything you post, send, or upload while using the services of Shopping Guide. We also shall not bear  any responsibility for any harm that occurred to any user due to reviewing or using any content of other  users. We also have the right to refuse, delete, or amend any content, without prior notice, for any reason  we see that it is not compatible with Shopping Guide inclinations and services. Shopping Guide also has the  right to cancel the registration of any user for whatever reason according to our own discretion, and we can  delete any content added by any user if it includes any violation or for any other reason according to our  own discretion. We may also inform the competent authorities for any inappropriate content or any content  that violates the applicable laws and regulations. We are not also responsible for any violation of the  copyrights or the intellectual property by any user or any third party.

Shopping Guide includes links of other programs and websites, as well as other links made by users that are  not related to Shopping Guide; you shall bear the responsibility of using those links, as they may be governed  by other terms and conditions of using those platforms. 

Including any content or data in the application will form an absolute agreement to allow all users to see  that content. We shall not bear any responsibility for the way they use this content and information. We also  not responsible for any disputes or harassments caused by the provided information or data. 

Shopping Guide provides paid services, may require charges for content posting, and may change those  charges at any time according to our own discretion; therefore, you are required to make sure that they are  suitable for you before paying. Shopping Guide also is not committed to refund any amount except if we see  it necessary. We are also not responsible for any refunds in case of application closure for reasons beyond  our control. 

During your registration process, you will enter data and information about yourself. If you are a merchant,  you will add information about yourself and your project including your location, other means of  communication, and products. There also data that will be automatically collected while using the  application. Therefore, your signing in Shopping Guide means that you agree to collect those data that could  be used by the application users and other third parties. Accordingly, we shall not bear any responsibly for any consequences thereof. The information and data collected will be saved in the server for which Shopping  Guide administration made a contract with the programming company, which may be inside or outside the  Sultanate of Oman. Signing in to Shopping Guide will be considered as an agreement to that saving of your  data and information in the server which has the terms and conditions of use provided by the company that  provides that server which could also be inside or outside the Sultanate of Oman. Therefore, we offer no  guarantee for the safety of the information provided by your side. We suggest you to ask any questions and  inquiries before disclosing your personal and commercial information, and we will do our best to answer  your questions. But we can ensure the safety of any information you will send to us. Therefore, you will do  the same on your own personal responsibility and awareness. 

In case of any contradiction between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail. 

This is an acknowledgment by your side that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and Privacy  Policy, agree with all terms and conditions, and that you will be committed to them by signing in Shopping  Guide. If you do not agree with any of them, you will not be authorized to use the application or its content.  We also bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect harm caused by using this application.
